SHOULD DON LERMAN CONSIDER A COMEBACK AT THE WING BOWL?
Don lerman who along with Krazy Kevin Lipsitz pioneered the wing bowl for non Philly residents , he ate dog food so the Joey Chestnuts can eat steak and drive away in new cars.D on lerman who placed 3rd in 2002 and 2nd in 2003 to Bill simons 1st place , ponders his discion as to return or forget it . the last time I competed inthe wing bowl was in 2005 . The traffic around the Wachovia Center w as bumper to bumber , my name was O mited from the list of contestants which security had as to who to let in the center or not let in. I had a broken foot that year and wore a boot cast .iwalked 45 min. on the slush and frozen ice with a boot cast on my foot to get in and then I entere dthe center was quickly wisked on the the stage , I feel that if theres any chance that I return I should recieve a bye ...whats your take on the subject?
