COMMISIONER RULES AGAINST MOSES
EARLIER TODAY CHAS. HARDY IN HIS CAPACITY AS COMMISSONER SENT AN E-MAIL INFORMING ME THAT HE HAD RULED AGAINST ME IN MY ATTEMPT TO HAVE CRAZY LEGS CONTI AND TIM JANUS DQed. FROM THE ICE CREAM CONTEST AND MYSELF MOVEDUP TO 2ND PLACE.WITHOUT REVEALING THE WHOLE E-MAIL I'LL TELL YOU THE JIST OF THE LETTER.... THAT ALL RESULTS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE CHANGED .ALL I KNOW IS I RECIEVED AN E-MAIL BEFORE THE CONTEST ADMONISHING ME TO USE ONLY STANDARDIZED SPOONS ...I OBEY THE RULES , I ALSO CHOSE NOT TO MAKE A SCENE AT THE CONTEST AND PROTEST IN FRONT OF THE CAMERAS.THAT WAS ALSO A MISTAKE.I WAS. INFORMED THAT I SHOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING BEFORE .I WILL PUT THIS ISSUE BEHIND ME AND MOVE ON TO THE NEXT CONTEST

Lerman did you actually expect them to reverse the decision? They wouldnt even reverse a past decision when there was no money on the table and you expect them to reverse the purse? Pleeeeeeeeeze

THIS IS DON LERMAN SPEAKING, yes I honestly thought that they would reverse the outcome of the contest. to send e-mails admonishing the eaters of the use of standardized spoonsand then for conti and janus to violate the rules , at the very least the spirit of the rule or circumvent the rule is uterly outragius, to be told by charles hardy that if eaters wanted to use thier feet in the contest ,that would be o.k. too is beyond belief...Don LERMAN
I vote to replace the Commissioner right away. Possible replacements
