Will Nathans Survive Redevelopment?

Question: will the Original flagship Nathans at Surf and Stillwell survive Redevelopment?
yes
no

Comments:
I believe that at this point whatever Corporate Nathans says is "damage control" it's going to to wayside along with everything else old at coney, I say no

yes, it will survive

yes, it will survive

If Nathans says its staying put ,I wouldn't rush to judgment , I think that they will stay there forever or as long as Nathans wants it to stay

Friend of mine worked there in the mid 70's. He says they used to have one person assigned to each food category. They had a chow mein on bun guy a french fry guy , pastrami corn etc etc. Each worker took pride in their spot. The person in charge of the fries would boast "im the best french fry man in the entire world". Nowadays you have three or four haitian and russian immigrants that could hardly speak english serving and working the cash register. They could care less if someone refers to them as the best french fry maker in the world. Come to think of it everyone that works there is a french fry and hot dog server. They have nothing else .
